Join Us in Making a Difference Today!

Quick Overview of ZMET

Zion Medical & Empowerment Trail (ZMET) is a nonprofit dedicated to eradicating hunger, promoting wellness, and supporting underserved communities in Houston, Texas, Sub-Saharan Africa, and beyond. Through food drives, medical missions, and community outreach, we provide essential support to those in need. Our programs include nutritious food distribution, free health screenings, medical equipment donations, and STD/HIV awareness and prevention initiatives.

ZMET Focus

ZMET is dedicated to combating HIV, STDs, malaria, and hunger in vulnerable communities. ZMET aims to reduce the incidence and impact of these challenges through comprehensive programs that include prevention, treatment, education, food security, and community empowerment. By addressing both health and nutrition, ZMET works to create sustainable solutions that improve overall well-being and resilience in the communities we serve.
