Ini Nwoko currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of T.E.N.E.F. USA, where he provides strategic leadership and oversight to ensure the organization’s mission of empowering communities through education, health initiatives, and economic development is effectively carried out. His dedication to service and community development is deeply rooted in his faith and professional experiences.

For over 20 years, Ini has been a devoted Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ within the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), where he has played a pivotal role in spiritual leadership, mentorship, and community outreach. Through his ministry, he has uplifted individuals and families, offering guidance, support, and faith-based solutions to address personal and societal challenges.

Beyond his spiritual leadership, Ini Nwoko is a seasoned consultant with over 30 years of expertise in Safety and Environmental Compliance within the Oil and Gas Industry and government sectors in both Nigeria and the United States. His work has been instrumental in developing and implementing policies that enhance workplace safety, environmental protection, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that organizations uphold the highest standards of operational integrity.

Although trained as a chemist, Ini’s visionary leadership has led him to pioneer several innovative initiatives aimed at public welfare and professional development. Recognizing the need for a structured approach to health and safety practices in Nigeria, he brought together a coalition of passionate professionals in 2015 to establish the Health and Safety Practitioners Association (HASPA). Under his leadership, HASPA has worked to raise awareness, establish best practices, and promote a culture of safety in workplaces and industries across Nigeria.
