Leadership Team

Tene Anastacia Kaminer is the co-founder of ZMET, a nonprofit organization dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the community through health, education, and empowerment. With a strong background in marketing and extensive experience in the health sector, particularly in plasma research, Tene has consistently demonstrated a deep passion for bridging the gap between business, healthcare, and community service.

During her time at the University of West Florida (UWF), Tene held multiple leadership positions and worked closely with the vice president, an experience that significantly enhanced her ability to drive initiatives and enact meaningful change. These leadership roles not only refined her organizational and advocacy skills but also fueled her lifelong commitment to service and community development. Now, as she pursues a second degree in Nursing, Tene remains focused on improving lives through education, advocacy, and direct support.

Beyond her work with ZMET, Tene has actively participated in community outreach programs, particularly those aimed at combating food insecurity by distributing meals to individuals and families in need. Additionally, her experience in the plasma industry has provided valuable insight into the prevalence of STD and HIV/AIDS diagnoses among young adults, many of whom only become aware of their status through routine testing. This exposure has strengthened her dedication to public health education, particularly in promoting awareness about abstinence, protection, and safe practices, while advocating for increased access to essential healthcare resources.
